3天前刚注册的Shopify账号 没有用VPN 今天重新登录 登录按钮变成灰色 点不了 并且要尝试修改密码 说账号无效
联系了shopify的客服 回复如下
Trying to login from a location with a firewall/ad blocker/extensions etc that blocks Google’s Recaptcha system or other important services of ours can cause this.
You would want to make sure that your firewall, ad blocker, extensions etc that block content have Shopify and Google services whitelisted. I highly recommend trying it in a different network and/or computer to isolate this.
This issue tends to be entirely localised without much that can be done on our end. You would be able to try your .myshopify.com/admin address to see if that works, but other than that our options are limited with this.
所以 大家平时都是开着VPN才能登录的吗？ 可是看到的文章又都说 如果IP地址异常的话 会对账号造成影响 想问一下 这样的话 大家用VPN的话 要如何规避
