Shopify账号 付款plan后被封

大家好，

我的shopify账号上周付款plan后就马上被封了，申诉了也申诉不回来，说high risk？请问是哪里出了问题？

申请账号时用的都是真实公司信息，选的中国区，没有登VPN去申请账号。后来国庆由于放假试用结束。回来了就准备付款开始做，付款后马上被封。账号上还没有开始传产品，只是到处点了下了解了功能，期间登陆过VPN登陆，但是付款的时候绝对没有登陆VPN去付款。付款的VISA卡也是本人的卡。

不知道有没有人遇到过这种情况？现在账号要不回来了，只是想避开坑，重新开一个账号，好好经营。
